Charity hike to the Zugspitze: the somewhat different collection for charity is supported by slackstar. And this is how it works: The aim is to complete as many rounds as possible. A round consists of approx. 200 ascents and descents. 1-2 direction gates point the way. Otherwise full power is called for, both up and down… Each participant finds his own sponsors in advance (friends, acquaintances, companies), who pay him a certain amount per round. No entry fee is required and the lift pass is included. Thus there are no costs at all. Nevertheless each participant should see to it that he gets at least a couple of sponsors. There is naturally no upward limit to the amounts per round. The total amount after 4 hours will benefit a charitable purpose in connection with mountain dangers, environment or avalanche prevention. Each industrious round collector will receive a high-quality non-cash prize, e.g. ski, snowboard, avalanche beacon, avalanche training, clothing, shovel, helmet etc.) In addition to the winners according to rounds (girls and boys categories), the one with the most donations will receive a prize.
